We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, we’re here to help.


Return Rules Summary

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • No restocking fees apply

Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we may offer an exchange if the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with change of mind exchanges, including the cost of returning the item to us and the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you.


Returns & Exchanges
You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Some items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Bait or other perishable goods
  • Used fishing tackle

Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they are faulty or required under Australian Consumer Law.


Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


Refunds
Refunds are only provided for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
