We aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard shipping: 2–7 business days
- Express shipping (if available): 1–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available. If this option is selected at checkout, we will contact you when your order is ready for collection.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship within Australia. For international shipping enquiries, please contact us before placing your order.
Perishable Items (Bait)
Bait and other perishable items may require special handling and may only be available for local pickup or limited delivery areas. We are not responsible for spoilage due to delays once the order has been dispatched.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
Delays and Issues
While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occur due to factors outside our control (e.g. postal delays, weather, peak periods). We are not liable for shipping delays once your order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at nbtackle@gmail.com and we will assist you in resolving the issue. Please ensure you include your full name and order number.
